Thomas Hildebrandt has a PhD in concurrency theory and computer science from Aarhus University. He is currently associate professor and head of the Process Intelligence, Models and Optimisation (PRIMO) research group at IT University of Copenhagen. Thomas has headed strategic research projects in collaboration with industry and public organisations during the last 10 years, focussing on the application of formal process models to the analysis and implementation flexible and secure business and workflow management systems. The research has lead to the invention and commercial adoption of the declarative Dynamic Condition Response (DCR) Graphs process technology developed jointly with Exformatics.
